Des packaging vraiment abordables et en petites quantités, de qualité, je recommande!
Have been a customer for 9 years. In the recent years, quality has been going down drastically : messed up logos, unfinished boxes, poorly sewn pouches, etc. all while the prices kept increasing.
With my recent order I was shocked to receive boxes with foam inserts that looked like they were 30 years old, a brittle foam in faded yellow, shredding under the touch and full of holes. I sent Westpack photos and instead of fixing this major quality issue, they proceeded to greenwash me by explaining these were ecological & recyclable (what a joke, it’s pure plastic, and it’s shredding all over the place !) and said the holes were made by the machine who places the foam inside the box. Interesting considering they always show a human doing that job on their socials & website !
They simply refused to exchange the the foams with the normal quality ones and said I just had to re-buy new ones. Needless to say this was the last straw and I’ll avoid them like the plague from now on.
